1. 本公司晶匯聯合公司會員分為兩種，個人及公司名義兩種。登記會員必須填寫正確的資料，本公司將會在會員登記後核實資料，如一切無誤，本公司會馬上啟動會員戶口。
2. 會員可享用本公司所提供的每一項服務，但會員必須遵守每一項服務的規則，不能蓄意違反條約，如有發現，會員戶口會立即被刪除而本公司不會作出事前提醒或通知。
3. 本公司只容許每一間公司申請一個公司名義會員戶口，而個人名義會員戶口就不在此限。
4. 本公司擁有所有權力去修改或刪除會員資料，但本公司絕對不會公開或向第三者提供會員所輸入的任何資料。
5. 如會員在本網站損失任何資料，本公司概不負責。

1. Hookoo United Company member section contains two types of membership which are the personal and company members. Members must provide all the correct informations to our company when they submitted the form. We will confirm all the submitted data and will activate the member account in a short time if all informations are valid.
2. Members can use every free program or service that our company provides. However, members must obey all the rules that our company declared. Member accounts will probably be deleted or deactivated without any notice if we have found any misusing or destruction.
3. One company can only apply for one company member account. Personal account is not in the limitation.
4. Our company has the rights to modify or delete member's data at all time, but we will not publish or provide any data to other people or organizations without the permission of the member.
5. Our company has no responsibility for any member's data missing in our web site.
