1. 申請成為導師前必須成為本公司(晶匯聯合公司)會員才可申請。
   
2. 導師所提供的資料必須準確無誤、最新及完整。如導師提供任何資料屬虛假或不完整，將延遲申請登記進行和批核外，而本公司亦有權刪除該戶口及終止所有服務。
3. 導師在補習期間的任何行為均與本公司無關。
4. 本公司有權更改本網頁有關導師的資料而無需作出事前通知。
5. 本公司將不會收取任何費用作為佣金。
6. 導師資料將會絕對保密，唯本公司有權將部份資料刊登於本公司的網站內，作為推介導師之用。

同意

1. The applicant must be a Hookoo.com member before applying a tutor account.
2. All applicants must provide the correct informations to our company. Tutor accounts will probably be deleted or deactivated without any notice if we have found any misusing or destruction.
3. Our company has no responsibility for any disagreement between the tutor and the student during the tutorial period.
4. Our company has the rights to modify or delete tutor's data in our web site at all time without any notice.
5. Our company will not charge any commission.
6. Our company will not provide any tutor's data to other people or organizations without the permission of the tutor, but we will publish some tutor's informations in our web site for commerical use.
